Return Policy

Effective Date: April 3rd, 2024

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of your purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Please thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt.
  • Please note that due to variations in lighting and camera settings, product images may not accurately reflect the exact physical color of our products.
  • Only items in new and unused condition with their original manufacturer packaging will be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Clearance, warehouse sale, discontinued, visually imperfect, or closeout items are non-refundable. All sales on clearance and warehouse sale items are final.
  • We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Please ensure returns are shipped via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Items should be packed securely in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure they arrive in good condition at our warehouse.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Returns with Product Quality Problems: In the event of product quality problems, we offer free return shipping. We will provide you with a return label, and kindly request that you return the item to the sender address specified on the label.
  • Returns with Non-Quality Problems: For returns unrelated to product quality issues, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
  • Shipping Considerations: If the value of the item you are returning exceeds $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we make every effort to ensure the safe receipt of your returned item, we cannot guarantee its delivery to our warehouse.
  • Delivery Time for Exchanged Products: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

 

Limited Warranty

This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser for use within the US. Proof of the original purchase date, such as a purchase receipt or order number, is required for warranty service. Michelangelo's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing, repairing, or assisting in the repair at Michelangelo's discretion. All repairs requiring warranty claims must be preauthorized by Michelangelo. No warranty service will be provided for any appliance that has been tampered with, unless directed by a Michelangelo representative.

Normal wear and tear of parts or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the appliance, use contrary to operating instructions, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than a Michelangelo Representative are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to units used outside of the US and Canada. Furthermore, damage resulting from Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes, is not covered.

Michelangelo is not responsible for shipping costs for warranty service.

 

Limitation and Exclusions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Michelangelo's liability, if any, for any allegedly defective appliance or part shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the appliance or part and shall not exceed the purchase price of a comparable replacement appliance or part. The provisions of this warranty constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the product(s) covered by this warranty. All implied warranties with respect to the appliance(s), including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly excluded.

 

Michelangelo shall not be responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the appliance or damages related to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, costs of removal, installation, or other consequential damages of any nature. Some provinces/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation may not apply to you.

 

As the buyer, you may have other rights and remedies under your state's or provinces applicable laws, which are in addition to any right or remedy available under this limited warranty.
